• new timekeeper event: Time change
  • occurs when when manual game time correction is applied in timekeeper
  • game time elements on scoreboard perform blinking animation in case this event
  • timekeeper server v3.11 or newer is needed for this events to work
• fixed teams loading race on startup (match DB vs. timekeeper teams)
  • on TK connected or during Playout startup full teams from DB are preferred
  • later on later changed team is used
