fixed incorrect media player audio mute behavior when general media player mute button just muted input in audio mixer and was not working correctly when player were used on several screens and outputs. Now all media player inputs in all mixes (outputs) are independent, so MP can be muted just on selected screens or mute whole player (mute button on playlist) to stop audio output on all mixes.
audio files with album art fixed - was wrongly detected as image, not as audio file
album art is used as thumbnail if it is present in audio file (ID3 tag)
improved caching, refresh thumbnails and media info when file has changed
